1. HEAT EXCHANGER SHELL & TUBE

• We manufacture shell and tube heat exchangers  with variety of tube materials for any applications
• The state of the art CAD center enables our engineers to produce finest designs. Design and fabrication follows TEMA & ASME Standards
• All welded joints are tested for possible internal cracks by DP test ,Hydro Test are Carried to ensure 100 % leak free proof,
• Tube Sheets and baffle plates are produced on CNC punching machines to maintain fine accuracy.
• We have a dedicated team of engineers and technicians to do cleaning and re-tubing of heat exchangers at site.
• Over the years we have gained experience to handle All Sizes of heat exchangers.

2. CALORIFIER TANK

• Salama Engineering industry design and manufacture a comprehensive range of
  Storage calorifiers, Semi Storage Calorifiers, indirect cylinders and vessels to provide a flexible and economic solution for all water heating requirements

• We fabricate all types of calorifiers Horizontal, Verticals Generally manufactured in Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel Material by using 316 L or 304 Stainless Steel for Tube bundles.

3. BOILERS

• Salama engineering industry provide complete Boiler Serviceing, that includes Supply, installation and commissioning of Boilers, Hot Water Generators, Thermal Oil Heaters Etc
• Our Team of Fully trained Engineers & Technicians are available for quick and reliable after sales services.
• We undertake annual Service Contract for Boilers
• We attend Emergency Break Down Calls on visit basis
• We do complete revamping of boilers

4. CONDENSER

• We manufacture condenser and evaporative coils for windows, split and central air conditioning units. Also, we make coils for chiller units and steam coils for process heating applications.
• Seamless Copper tubes and Aluminum or copper fins with louvers are used for better performance.
• Tubes are hydraulically or mechanically expanded to give best contact between the tubes and fins.
• Tube ends are silver brazed to withstand high working pressures.
• On request we provide non-corrosive Heresite coatings to protect the coils from corrosion.
• We do install new coils and commission the unit at site.

5. OIL COOLER

• We manufacture lubricating & hydraulic oil coolers and air coolers for automobile and industrial applications.
• The product range includes, single concentric tube type, shell and tube type and flat fin type cores with seamless copper tubes and louvered copper fins or complete aluminum.
• We use cupronickel and marine-brass tubes for marine coolers.
• We design and develop total cooling system for any given application.

6. COOLING TOWER

• We offer complete supply and installation of All kinds of Cooling Towers,
• Including piping and civil works for water tanks
